5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name.

• We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or unusually large requests.
• Funds credited in error may be reversed, and any winnings resulting from such errors may be voided.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome bonuses, free spins, and other promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are displayed at the time the offer is presented. Bet160 reserves the right to withdraw or amend a promotion, and to withhold bonus funds obtained through abuse of a promotion's terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Colluding with other players or exploiting software errors.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, is linked to fraudulent activity, or where required by law or regulatory instruction. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, remaining funds may be withheld pending investigation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bet160's operating license, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
